Every relay handles crypto payment slightly differently, and the differences are the part that goes wrong. Here is ours, in the order you will meet it.
Top-ups are USDT on TRON. Not Ethereum, not BSC, not Polygon. Sending USDT on another chain to a TRON address means the funds do not arrive at the address you were shown, and recovering them is a manual process that depends on which chain you used.
The rate is fixed and public: 1 USDT gives 2 credits of API balance, at any size. There are no volume tiers and no bonus thresholds — a $10 top-up and a $1,000 top-up convert at the same rate.
This is the part that surprises people. When you start a top-up you are shown an amount with decimal places that look arbitrary — something like 10.37 rather than 10.00. That is deliberate and you must send exactly that.
The payment gateway does not have a per-customer deposit address. It matches an incoming transfer to your order by the amount, within a time window. Two people paying 10.00 at the same moment would be indistinguishable; 10.37 and 10.42 are not. Rounding the amount to something tidier breaks the match, and the transfer arrives with nothing to attach it to.
The same applies to the timer. The amount is reserved for a window; after it expires that amount may be handed to someone else's order, so a late payment cannot be matched automatically either.
Wrong amount, wrong network, or paid after the timer — none of these lose your money, but none of them credit automatically. Send us the transaction hash at support@apiclan.us and it is resolved by hand. Include the hash itself rather than a screenshot; the hash is what lets us find the transfer on-chain.
If a payment simply has not appeared after a few minutes, check the transaction has confirmed on TRON before writing in — most "missing" payments are still pending.
We are honest about this elsewhere on the site and it belongs here too: USDT is the only payment method, and for a lot of buyers that ends the conversation before price is reached. If your finance department cannot expense a stablecoin transfer, or you need an invoice and a purchase order, this is not the right service for you and no discount fixes that.
