The terms that govern your use of APICLAN. Written to be read — if anything here is unclear, ask us on Telegram before you top up.

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-13

These terms are an agreement between you and NEXUS TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202326452W), which operates APICLAN and apiclan.us. Business address: 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. In these terms, "we", "us" and "APICLAN" mean that company.

1. What APICLAN is

APICLAN is an API gateway. We provide a single OpenAI-compatible endpoint that routes your requests to third-party AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, and others). We are an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any model provider, and their trademarks belong to them.

2. Your account

You need an account with a verified email address to use the service. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your API keys secret. Treat an API key like a password: anyone holding it can spend your balance. If a key leaks, revoke it in the console immediately.

One person or organisation, one account. Creating multiple accounts to claim trial credits more than once is a breach of these terms.

3. Credits and payment

Usage is paid from a prepaid balance, denominated in USD.

  • Top-ups are made in USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network.
  • Credits do not expire.
  • Credits have no cash value outside the service, cannot be transferred between

accounts, and cannot be exchanged for cryptocurrency except as described in our Refund Policy.

  • Each request is priced from the model's token usage, at the rate shown on your

pricing page at the time of the request. Prices can change; changes apply to future requests, never retroactively.

You must send the exact amount shown on the payment page. Our payment gateway identifies your order by that amount. Underpayments and overpayments may not be credited automatically and require manual support.

4. Availability

We work to keep the service running continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Your requests depend on upstream model providers. When a provider has an outage, changes their pricing, deprecates a model, or restricts access, we may be unable to serve those requests.

We may perform maintenance at any time and will avoid peak hours where we can.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. For serious breaches — illegal activity, attacks against our infrastructure or a provider's, or payment fraud — we may act without notice and without refunding the remaining balance.

You can stop using the service at any time. See the Refund Policy for what happens to an unused balance.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. We are not responsible for the content that AI models generate — you are responsible for reviewing model output before you rely on it.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the console before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

8. Contact

Support is available on Telegram — the link is in the console and on our homepage. We aim to respond within a few hours.

Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-23

You may not use APICLAN to do any of the following, or to help anyone else do it.

Illegal and harmful content

  • Sexual content involving minors, in any form. This results in immediate

permanent termination and no refund.

  • Content that incites violence, terrorism, or genocide.
  • Harassment, stalking, doxxing, or threats against a specific person.
  • Fraud, phishing, or impersonating a real person or organisation in order to

deceive.

Security and abuse

  • Creating or distributing malware, ransomware, or exploit code intended to

cause harm.

  • Credential stuffing, password cracking, or attacks against systems you do not

own or have permission to test.

  • Attempting to overload, probe, or circumvent our rate limits, quotas, or

billing.

  • Reselling raw access in a way that hides that a third-party gateway is

involved, or sharing one account's keys across unrelated end users.

Provider rules

Requests are executed by upstream model providers. Their usage policies apply to your requests as well. If a provider blocks or penalises our account because of your traffic, we may suspend your access and pass on any resulting cost.

Automated moderation

We do not read your prompts. Enforcement is normally triggered by a provider report, an abuse complaint, or anomalous traffic patterns — not by inspecting your content. See the Privacy Policy.

Consequences

Depending on severity we may warn you, rate-limit your account, suspend it, or terminate it. For the categories marked above as immediate termination, no refund is given.

Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-13

We accept USDT on the TRON network. Blockchain payments are irreversible — there is no chargeback mechanism — so please read this before topping up.

Unused balance

If you are not satisfied with the service, you can request a refund of your unused balance within 7 days of a top-up. We will send it back in USDT to a TRC20 address you nominate.

  • The network fee is deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Credits already consumed are not refundable.
  • Refunds are processed manually. Allow up to 3 business days.

After 7 days, credits remain usable indefinitely, but are no longer refundable.

Bonus credits

Promotional credits — including trial credits and any bonus above the amount you actually paid — have no cash value and are never refundable. If you request a refund, bonus credits are removed first.

When a payment goes wrong

  • You paid a different amount than shown. Our gateway matches payments by

exact amount. Contact support with your transaction hash and we will reconcile it manually.

  • You paid after the order expired. Funds are not lost. Send us the

transaction hash and we will credit your account.

  • You sent USDT on the wrong network (for example BEP20 or ERC20 to a TRC20

address). Recovery may be impossible. Contact us with the transaction hash and we will tell you honestly whether anything can be done.

What is not refundable

  • Credits already spent on billed requests. A request that fails with an error

before returning a result is not billed, so there is nothing to refund for it.

  • Accounts terminated for breaching the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Losses caused by an API key you exposed.

How to request a refund

Contact support on Telegram with your account email, the top-up date, and the TRC20 address to refund to.

Privacy Policy

Who is responsible for your data

NEXUS TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION PTE. LTD. (Singapore, UEN 202326452W) operates apiclan.us and is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: support@apiclan.us.

What we do not store

We do not store the content of your prompts or the models' responses. Requests pass through our gateway to the upstream provider and the content is not written to our database. Our usage records contain only metadata:

  • timestamp, model name, and endpoint
  • token counts and the resulting cost
  • response time
  • the IP address and user agent of the request

This is what we need to bill you accurately and to diagnose faults. It is not enough to reconstruct what you asked or what the model answered.

What we do store

  • Account data: your email address, password hash, and API keys.
  • Payment records: order amounts, timestamps, and the blockchain transaction

that settled them. We never see or hold your wallet's private keys.

  • Administrative audit logs: changes made in the admin panel, retained for

180 days.

Third parties that receive your data

  • AI model providers. Your prompt is sent to whichever provider serves the

model you selected. Their own privacy and retention policies then apply. If this matters for your use case, review the policy of the specific provider before sending sensitive data.

  • Our email provider, to deliver verification codes.
  • Cloudflare, which fronts our website and sees connection metadata.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your prompts to train any model.

Retention

Usage metadata is kept while your account is active, for billing history and dispute resolution. Administrative audit logs are kept for 180 days. If you close your account, contact support and we will delete your account data, keeping only what we are required to keep for accounting.

Your choices

You can view your usage records and revoke API keys at any time in the console. For access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, contact support.

Security

Traffic is encrypted with TLS. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. API keys remain retrievable in your console, so a lost key can be copied again rather than replaced. Your account credentials are therefore what protects them; each key can also be restricted to specific source addresses with its own IP allowlist.
